Commitment to curves
Cutting tiles in curves. Cutting tiles, which are generally cut at right angles, in curves is more difficult than it looks and requires exceptional skill. While there are ways to leave it to a special machine, KANNO TOGYO works on-site to quickly cut curves and install the tiles.
タイルを曲線で切る。基本的に直角で切るタイルを曲線で切る作業は見た目以上に難しく卓越した技術を要求されます。専用の機械に任せる方法もありますが菅野陶業では現場で作業を行うことで素早く曲線カット、施工を行うことができます。

職人・従業員募集
In order to protect the craftsmen whose numbers are decreasing day by day, Sugano Ceramics is looking for tile workers (a few people) to work with us. You will learn the whole process of the job, such as how to lay tiles and how to create estimates, and we will provide detailed support so that you will not have any problems even if you become independent in the future. There are no restrictions on age or gender, but you will be handling heavy items quite frequently, such as 25 kg bags of cement, so please refrain from working if you are not confident in your physical strength.It's a tough world, but we will do our best to ensure that those who are serious about it can earn a sufficient income. Even if you think it's difficult to become independent, you can still work at Sugano Ceramics as an employee. 菅野陶業では日々減少している職人保護の観点から、一緒にタイル工を行ってくれるタイル工職人希望者を募集しています（若干名）。タイルの貼り方、見積作成等、業務全般を学んでいただき将来的には独立しても困らない様に細かなサポートを行います。年齢・性別不問ですが重いもの、例えば25キログラムのセメント袋をはじめ重量物をかなりの頻度で扱うので体力に自身の無い方はご遠慮下さい。厳しい世界ではありますが本気で取り組んでいただける方には十分な収入が得られるよう全力で取り組みます。独立は難しい…という方も従業員として菅野陶業で働くことも可能です。職人・従業員希望の方、まずは下記のお問い合わせフォームからエントリーをお願いします。
